Established in 2008, Affinity Education Limited are an independent, highly reputable, boutique education recruitment specialist company located in Wales.

Affinity Education is owned and managed by Directors Mary Barton and Hayley Stockdale-Smith, who collectively have extensive experience of working within education recruitment.

Affinity ‘connect' Education professionals with  Schools across Wales and understanding the staffing needs of our schools, we offer effective and intelligent cover solutions, supplying Teachers and Education Support Staff to Schools in Wales, who provide an invaluable contribution to the Education workforce.

Teachers with QTS are knowledgeable and supportive of NQT's completing their induction vis Supply Teaching.

Teachers are paid to scale-minimum of MPS 2 (Prion to AWR-12 continuous weeks)-Paid via PAYE with no payroll costs.

The majority of our registered staff are introduced via recommendations from fellow education professionals-we also offer a referral scheme, whereby a monetary reward is provided to those who recommend staff.
